Picture it

Saw a Daily Tar Heel story (via IsThatLegal?) about a recent donation of 26,000 comic books to the UNC library. The donor is the former owner of the Second Foundation Bookstore, the Chapel Hill comics store where I buy my monthly issue of Brian Vaughan’s excellent Y – The Last Man series. Brian recently moved from Brooklyn to San Diego, and is presumably closer to directing a smash Hollywood blockbuster – the multi-talented Brian studied film at New York University, where he impressed many, from what I hear. See this short piece (Alas, poor Y) I did about Brian and his days as an intern at Northern Ohio Live Magazine.
