Backyard musings

A gorgeous day in Durham, and after a treadmill-like schedule, I’ve come home to sit on the porch with a pint of Guinness, a handful of Hershey kisses, and an Apple laptop. The girls are hiking around in their tap shoes, feeding the neighbor’s dogs and planning for their Easter weekend in Cleveland. Erin, she’s in the house trying on different outfits, and each time I glance in my breath gets taken away by her beauty.
